Summary
A bully realizes that friendship is important and no longer bullies.
One day, Andy and Sam leave their teddy bears, Arthur and Emmy
in the red wagon. As soon as Andy and Sam leave the bears they decide
to go play themselves. They swing on the tire swing, play on the
slide, build sandcastles and then ride in the wagon until the Big
Bad Bully Bear comes. He is the biggest and meanest teddy bear in
the world -- he prides himself on cutting people in line, kicking
sandcastles and throwing little bears' hats in trees.
The Big Bully Bear has decided that he wants the red wagon. Emmy
and Arthur try and think of how they can stop the Big Bear from
stealing Andy's red wagon. They finally decide that they will spray
him with the garden hose but they realize it is much too heavy and
tangled to do alone so they'll gather up all their bear friends
in the neighborhood to help. Arthur points the hose at the Bully
Bear and he says "You can't scare me...I am the Bully Bear,
the biggest, meanest teddy bear in the world and this is my red
wagon!" Arthur then has no choice but to spray the Bully Bear
and he falls down, he tries to get up but his fur is too wet and
heavy and he realizes he needs help!
He tries to ask the other little bears for help but they say no
because he took Andy's wagon. Bully Bear tries to be polite but
he still gets no help. Finally Arthur comes back to him and tells
him that if he wasn't so mean that they would help him. Bully Bear
then says "Okay, Arthur, pull me up and I'll be the biggest,
nicest teddy bear in the world!" Initially the other bears
are skeptical but Bully Bear just asks for a chance to prove himself.
He then realizes that he does have friends and he doesn't have to
be such a bully. He then throws a party for all his friends and
after the party Emmy and Arthur along with Bully Bear return to
the red wagon to wait for Andy and Sam.

Kara is the Gothic root of the word "care."
It means to reach out, to care, to lament, to grieve with.
